Bus service is very pathetic .4-5 people are sitting in one cabin .Bus loaded with lots of people lying down outside with lots of luggage and not at all safe for the people who booked online .I booked non ac sleeper bus which costs me 2500 rs for one seat .Not wven worth for one star as well .Think before you book this Ghatiya and cheapo bus .

Extremely disappointed with Sanjay Travels. The bus was scheduled for 4:45 PM, and it's now 7:30 PM—still no update! The driver and office staff are completely unresponsive, and they are even disconnecting calls. This is highly unprofessional and frustrating for passengers who rely on timely transportation. If punctuality and customer service matter to you, I’d strongly advise against booking with this operator. Attaching call logs as proof of their negligence.

Bkwas buses Bkawa services never travel with this bus dont waste your money

Most Worst experience with this bus. They have no care of your time. Careless driver.. careless staff. Curtains of bus was also too dirty. Timing of bus at rewa was 7:00 a.m. and their arrival time at varanasi was at 12:05 P.M but bus arrived at rewa at 9:30 a.m and arrived varanasi at 3:30 p.m. due to i missed my train. I will suggest don't ever go with sanjay travel bus service.

Very horrible experience with sanjay travels.Never book any ticket on this bus staff is not picking the phone for pickup location bus is in very bad condition and give randum seat which is vacant didn't gave the seat which of you booked.And their is not any time to reach destination.....they doing unnecessary spending of time in the whole journey. Didn't book any ticket on this bus.

Today I boarded Sanjay Bus Travel from Nanakheda Bus Stand for Agra. On 14.4.2026 at 9:30, abuses were actually being hurled in that bus. The bus driver stopped the vehicle to allow the drinker to take a bottle of liquor.
