Today our thirteen staff traveled by this bus from Indore Pune. The bus left the starting point 2 hours late and reached Pune 4.30 hrs late. People who want to reach on time should avoid to travel by this bus.

Worst Experience Traveling from Pune to Indore This was one of the worst bus journeys I’ve ever had. The bus was slower than a bullock cart. It kept stopping at every roadside to pick up random passengers, asking them where they wanted to go. To make matters worse, extra passengers were made to sit in the driver’s cabin and even in the walking space, which is completely unsafe. Because of these unnecessary stops and overloading, the bus got delayed by more than 3 hours in reaching Indore. When we asked the driver about the delay, he casually blamed traffic jams instead of admitting the real reason. Highly unprofessional service, unsafe travel conditions, and zero accountability. I would not recommend this operator to anyone.

Hello Dosto bahut he kharab bus hai ye travel krane se pahle kam se kam 4 baar sochna itni bekar bus hai ye mujhe ujjain se varanasi jana tha jo ki iska varanasi me timing hai pahuchne ka din me 11 Am hai but ye bus Raat ko 12 bje varanasi phuchi pure ke pure 13 hour late.....😡😡 …

Hello Guy's please kindly request don't book this travel. I was traveling from Indore to Pune. My bus scheduled for 5 PM was cancelled. After that, another bus was booked for 6 PM, but the condition of the bus was extremely poor. The curtains were not proper and there were no safety measures at all. It was a very bad experience, especially as it was my first time traveling with Sanjay Travels, Indore. They are not even answering calls. Very bad service.

The bus was delayed by 4 hours as per RedBus updates, which caused major inconvenience. Due to this delay, I missed my connecting train and had to book another bus, leading to additional expenses and loss. Despite strict rules against alcohol consumption, the bus conductor appeared intoxicated and was smelling strongly of alcohol. Additionally, passengers (around 10 people) were allowed to sit near the driver, which raised serious safety concerns. The driving was also unsafe—especially over speed breakers, where the driver failed to control speed. Since I was seated at the back due to an emergency booking, I got injured (hit my head) because of the impact. When I raised a complaint, the response given was that such driving is “normal,” which is unacceptable. Overall, the experience was unsafe, unprofessional, and caused both physical discomfort and financial loss.

Worst experience, i have travelled from Nashik to indore. I lost money from purse, conductor is suspected person. Charging port not working, smelling all over the bus, window not working. Bus late by 3 hours. Stopped various place to keep passenger boarded. And extra passenger boarded theb seat.

Bahut hi kharab experience raha Sanjay Travels ke saath. Staff ka behavior bilkul professional nahi hai aur customer care service bhi bahut hi nirashajanak hai. Yatriyon ki samasyaon ko gambhirta se nahi liya jata. Puri journey ke dauran support ki kami mehsoos hui. Mere anubhav ke aadhar par main is travel service ki sifarish nahi karunga. Umeed hai company apni service aur customer support me sudhar karegi.

Bahut poor service h abbhi indore pune bus me hu aur rat 1.30am pr bus me gaane baja h speaker pr isse third class experience nhi ho sakta kabhi
