One of the worst buses ever the bus was delayed for 1:30hpurs during pickup,when asked for cancellation the bus attendant denied and was very rude ,the bus driver when asked showed disrespect and the hygeine and cleanliness was not maintained at all

"Avoid Sanjay Travels Indore – Horrible Staff Behavior! I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Sanjay Travels Indore when i travelled on 27th jan 25 from ISBT rani kamalapati station that highlights their complete lack of professionalism and customer care. When I politely requested to leave my luggage in their office for a short while, the staff responded with outright rudeness and hostility. Instead of offering assistance or even explaining if it wasn’t possible, they raised their voices, spoke disrespectfully, and made it clear they had no interest in helping a paying customer. As a travel agency, basic courtesy and customer support should be a given. Instead, the staff at Sanjay Travels Indore displayed arrogance and an utter disregard for their customers' needs. Such behavior is disgraceful, especially when travelers expect cooperation and empathy. To anyone planning to use Sanjay Travels Indore, I strongly advise you to think twice. Their staff's attitude not only ruins the experience but also reflects poorly on the company as a whole. If this is how they handle simple requests, imagine relying on them for anything more important. when u get inside the bus ,more like u feel like u got into some slum area of mumbai, shabby ,untidy n stinking...more like a fish market..somehow they are running the circus Unprofessional, uncaring, and disrespectful – my advice is to take your business elsewhere. Sanjay Travels Indore does not deserve your trust or your money!"

Staff are not polite, highly unprofessional. Very rash driving. Coach was dirty unhygienic and even bad sheets they have not given. Blanket were not in good conditions. In one line avoid this bus.

We travelled from Satara to Indore on 16th Of December 2024 and returned back to Satara on 20th of December. The bus journey was excellent. Cleaned and well maintained bus, nice driver made our journey successful. Thanks and best wishes!. Also I will recommend all to choose Sanjay Travels.

We had very bad experience with sanjay travels two time. Their drivers and conductors are driving after consuming alcohol due to this our bus met with an accident also they abuse alot. They have space for customer luggage but in that cabin they put another luggage for money and we need to take out bags on our seat so we are not able to sleep at all. Please do not use sanjay travels. Very pathetic service. They don't need another chance to play with customer life's. They don't have any sense how to talk with their customers. We only can make them realise by not using their services.

On February 9th, I traveled with your service for a trial. I noticed a strong smell coming from the first few seats, and the charging socket was not working. Additionally, the behavior of the driver and staff was not appropriate. They picked up local passengers from the roadside, which created noise and disturbance. Moreover, a person entered my cabin while I was sleeping, making me uncomfortable. As a result, I was unable to sleep properly throughout the night.

I had to book AC non AC both time unfortunately at the last moment availability & for early pickup time. But, buses are worse. Broken AC vents, worst maintenance and they onboard drunk people inspite of sending a long whatsap message that drunk people are not allowed...like seriously.

sat all night taking the local ride and was left in the commuting way, the bus i don't want to travel next time, very bad service.

I recently traveled from Indore to Pune with Sanjay Travels. Here’s my feedback: 1. Lower Seats: The lower berth seats felt too close to the floor, which resulted in an unpleasant smell from the shoes around us while we were sleeping. Raising the seat height could improve comfort. 2. Customer Service: I appreciate the driver waiting for us when we were late at one of the stops – this thoughtful gesture stood out and made us feel valued as passengers. 3. Bio Breaks: There was no stop between around 5:30 to 6AM for a bio break, which was challenging. It’s important to consider that many travelers, especially older adults, require regular breaks. A short stop would make the journey much more comfortable for everyone. We got after multiple requests, but it should not be the case Overall, it was a good experience, but small improvements could make it even better and enhance your brand reputation.

I had a wonderful experience traveling with Sanjay Travels from Indore to Prayagraj. The journey was smooth, and the bus was comfortable and well-maintained. The seats were cozy, making the long trip quite relaxing. The service was excellent, with polite staff ensuring a hassle-free experience. The bus was punctual, and the cleanliness was well-maintained, making the journey even more pleasant. Overall, it was a nice journey, and I would definitely choose Sanjay Travels again for future trips. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)
