My journey dewas to Varanasi Sanjay travel Bus but dropping time 5:45pm but 3 hours delay my first journey very very poor I am not travel sanjay travel Bus but 1 hours delay 28/12/2024 total 4hours delay

Bad service, seats are very small as compare to any bus I have travelled. Staff not giving proper information of where we can eat or go to restroom. I feel probably they can't afford to tie up with any hotel on highroad. I would not recommend anyone to travel with this bis transport.

This bus will never travel back. The curtains smell so thick all night long. The seats are filled like animals. It doesn't matter how much trouble 4 people in one seat are causing to the rest of the people. Please pay attention to those who are the owners of these travels. If you want to fill 4-4 more, put it online. We will book another bus.

We have booked Sanjay travels from Indore to Varanasi it was till date worst experience. Starting from amenities it was mentioned toilet bathroom but their was no bathroom. Water bottle wifi ...it was all false amenities. Hiegine was a concern moreover he stopped one of the worst dhaba for dinner. And morning refreshment hotel was also third class . The old driver do not have manner how to talk he was too much rude ...he was not at all stopping the bus . Bud was loaded with all transport goods . Moral of the story is do not book this Sanjay travels.

Pls do not book this travel . So much bad behaviour late pickup and drop point. Many times driver can't calls to pickup customer. Such a bad service.

There was no blanket in the bus, no bedsheet, no curtain, the driver had no way of talking, he was talking in a negative way when he tried to speak to him. Travelled from Indore to Akola in this bus. The worst sleeper bus I have ever travelled in. Stinking smell inside, wet seats, no bedsheet, NO AIR SUSPENSION, bus has no comfort at all Feels like travelling in a truck...stll they charge a premium ticket..

*Never ever travel through Sanjay Travels* No Live tracking - No water - No luggage space - 1. They have their own luggage and passengers are forced to place luggage on the seat including your footwear. 2. Chewing gum stuck here and there. 3. Driver doesn't understand he needs to slow down on the speed breaker. Back passengers were literally thrown in air at times. Risked our neck. 4. They onboarded extra passengers and made to speed on path way. Image these passengers having loud talks and music. 5. May be to avoid toll, they diverted bus through a remote area through kucha road and farms, horrible experience. Safety was on toss. 6. Dropped 3km away from the actual location.
