Bad service , dont book pune to ujjain because only indore Ac sleeper bus ofter shifted local bus indore to ujjain and fair full taken 1400₹, no timely 2 hours late

Worst behaving staffs, won't recommend if travelling with family... I was traveling from ujjain to Mumbai when one of the co passenger suddenly got motion sick and had multiple vomiting episodes... The things were getting even worse as she was seated backside of the bus ...accompanied with her husband and probably mother in law. One of the staff person suddenly came and started behaving wild.. almost went abusive.. also threatened that he would get all 3 of them kicked out of the bus.. penalized 1500 for vomiting... The way that person behaved got me furious... no empathy at all.. stay away from these kind of mentality sick persons...

We have book this bus from Redbus and seat was given to us but just after crossing the indore the conducter came to us and said this is not your bus we show him the ticket on msg and mail bit he is not ready to accept and they booked our seat on other person name also i mean how one can do so and conductors is fighting with me and using foul language even i didnt spoke a word and tells me and my co passanger in the middle of no where in the night around 1:00 AM ki apko utarna pdega me and my pssanger said we booked our seat we have all the booking and everything so he said mujhe nhi pata aap tu bus utar wrna tujh ko m batata hu and even if world is ending and your life is depend on this bus. I request to you all people never ever use this bus..

Please avoid this bus services. Driver is not aware of anything, services wale bolte hai driver se pucho driver bolta hai services walo se pucho, bus delay pe delay, then have to make two changes in the bus. Not sure what are they doing, pathetic. The coordinator gives marne katne ka dhamki on asking questions. Bus service nai dadagiri club hai ye

The quality of service provided was substandard, as the drivers failed to adhere to scheduled departure times and exhibited a lack of concern for passengers' timely arrival. Their behavior was perceived as disrespectful and unprofessional. Furthermore, our request for a refund was not accommodated.I will not Recommending this travels.

Very poor service.They. Change your tickets even after booking through mmt so plz be careful.Mine was 4 which was shifted to 27 they will send u the msg at mast movement so that u cannot do anything.. I had booked non AC buses as I don't prefer AC buses but the agent is very rude and as if he is rewarding me with AC buses I dint board rhe bus so they cancelled my ticket left me on the road in the highway they don't even start from ujjain but are taking booking from ujjain so plz be careful

Bilkul bakwas se bhi bakwas seva h bilkul local bus h har 10 km pe rukti h or agar 7 baje book ki h to 9 bje aati h,aap logo se nivedan h is bus ko book Krna band kr de to ye bus apne aap chalna band ho jayegi poora time barbad kr deti h Malik ne time barbad ke liye bus chala he q rakhi h, inko hamare time ki koi keemat nahi h

Worst experience ever. We have booked for ujjain to Mumbai return by the person whos name is Shivram Shetty. He took money from us thru gpay and we had even received the confirmation of booking While we boarded the bus we got to knw that there was a difference in our seats When spoke to the office people regarding the same they wer very rude and extremely unprofessional....they abused me for just asking the reason on seat number change and a healthy man was saying is that he is the owner and he doesn't has the contact number of his employee who booked for us the bus. Around 9pm out of nowhere he gave us our money back after raising my voice and we were left all alone Me my 4 yr old son and husband It was really a tough time with this ANNAPURNA travel services One should ssrly check reviews and only then book

The worst bust service you will ever get, we had a direct bus from Ujjain to Mumbai however at last moment they switched from Ujjain To Indore and then another bus from Indore to Mumbai. There was no communication from them, it was us who ran here and there to check the status and finally got to know different bus will pick us from Ujjain and then need to change the bus from Indore. Even the bus people were not communicating well and trying to misbehave with us. Please don’t opt for this bus ever you will face the worst and unnecessary issues and waste of time.

Very very unprofessional behaviour of staff, don't know how to behave with a lady passenger. Very much improffetional about time. Bus got early and bus left the spot without picking me up before time. When I asked for next stop he asked me to come around 10km ahead, very insensitive and inhuman behaviour of staff. Do not prefer to travel with bus ever again. Staff behaviour is very bad.
