Annapurna Bus Service

Its sad we take reviews seriously when it actually happens to us!! Our pickup was at 7.50 but the driver called us and said that he can't wait further one minute and he left the place and we had to go ahead.Drivers behaviour was worst he was speaking so bluntly and aggressively was not co-operating a bit was not even telling the current location of bus their 5 stars ratings are paid reviews. seats are also small.do not book this bus if you don't want to get frustrated

Driver was smoking while driving.dont play with your life by booking this bus.the drivers behaviour so bad.so many people gave bad rating but we didn't see it before booking but after experiencing writing this just to save whoever reads.

Great staff and Service. Good quality buses with comfortable seats. Quality stops and punctuality was maintained. Is overpriced at times, hence you can take the services of the competitors like Hans and Raj Ratan.

Not so good 2 hours late plus bus change krwa de.. Time se 2 hrs late.. Worst experience ever.. Khi bhi ruk jati hai..

Water coming on seats, bedsheets and blanket were wet. One of the worst service I have seen in AC bus category for indore-kanpur. I was told by driver - 'isme hum kya kare bhaiya, baarish me toh building bhi dhah jaati h' - what can we do in this, even building collapses in rains. Even they change the boarding point to their convenience.

They provide luxury buses for tours, I have been 10 days tour with family, splendid service, great experience,
