Me aj kanpur se indore jara tha bahut hi Ganda experience dekhne ko mila mujhe aj is bus me jo online ticket book hui usi ko in logo ne local me bhi bech di or meri seat jaha thi waha mujhe na milke last wali seat mili or ye ham jese logo ko in logo ki galti ke karan hame pareshan hona padta hai or ham pareshan hore hai yha

I booked an AC sleeper ticket recently. They kept filling onboarding new travelers whereever they stopped. The bus kept stopping at multiple places wherever they wanted to deliver their parcels (but AC coaches generally do not carry parcels so much).. but did not stop for tea breaks. Negative Responsiveness, Professionalism

Yeh bus kisi kaam ki ni hai isme Safar krne me koi fayda ni hai bahut ladai chl ri hai isme me aj Kanpur se Indore jara hu mujhe bahut pareshani uthani padi or bus bhi 1 ghante se khadi hai ek jagah

This bus is very bad bus & the owner is very bad & bus services is very bad plzz don’t traveling this bus plzz bohat hi zada batamize krta ha yr log or female ka Seth bohat hi zada krta ha ye Annapurna bus bohat hi zada kharab ha plzz traveling na kara gali data ha ye log or dadagari krta ha ye log or ticket se uper pasa lata ha bohat zada

The journey started from panvel in start of the journey all things were average but after some time ac got off when we approach to bus driver for asking why ac is not working so he replied so he said that some wire is removed but eventually we have paid full amount for traveling very bad experience we had it.

Travelled from Pune to Indore on an Annapurna travels AC sleeper bus on 16 Nov 2019. Very clean interiors. Courteous staff. The bus service was punctual. Arrived a few minutes past 19:45 at my pick-up point Bremen Chowk. The bus stopped for dinner after Shirur at a roadside restaurant named Fountain. Pre-recorded airline type announcements 😃 were made for the rest stop duration at this restaurant. Thereafter, in Indore the annunciator was used to alert passengers before their alighting points Overall, a good experience. The journey was smooth and uneventful. This combined with punctuality and courtesy extended made it a good experience 👍🏽

Very very bad service they take around 17 hrs just to travel 600 kms that's the worst service I have ever experienced trust me there are other amazing travels than this Never traveling ever by Annapoorna Travels

Very bad experience, Driver was so rude, A/c was not working, the tempo traveller which was shown in the pictures are taken while purchase, but the reality is different, we were really fooled. I think and suggest after this experience we should ascertain twice while going ahead with the bookings and not every time based on their ratings. Probably the ratings might have been of their family and friends also. Thanks

Pathetic bus service, female passenger was totally harassed after paying double the amount of actual while booking online, reached the boarding on time but the bus incharge said your seat is cancelled as you asked and now the bus has left the boarding point. Was asked to travel another 5-7 kms far and the bus in charge tried his best to ignore her as he could sell the seat to some other pax on the way and keep the money. it took 16 hours to travel from Mumbai to Indore because 3 hours before the dropping point all pax were asked to change the bus as the current bus will not travel further. Dont book tickets and dont travel thorough this bus service

Worst Worst Worst.. Recently booked their bus Driver was not co-operative at all. Bus come 3 hrs late from the booking time all our functions were spoiled due to late coming of bus. as they promised to give two drivers but they sent only one driver in middle slept for an hour and spoiled all our functions. Driver missbehaved alot doesn't had manners of talking at all and kept shouting at all timed even he was not switching on the fans and keep saying fan ni chalu krte chalti gadi me. at mrng 5'O clock he switched on speakers at full volume and then after 5 mins he turned off.. And abusing the helper in front of our guests.. I will suggest uh to go for other travels. Negative Quality, Value
