Inke pas sales bahut jyada hai...and customers bahut hai...they don't need customers...staff ke pas time hi nhi hai attend karne ke liye customers ko...and rudely behaviour....treat aise karte hai like timw pass krne aaye hai....thwy don't have ethics to treat customers

Hello, my name is Gaurav Soni, I bought your company's TVS Apache 4V on 8 January 2024 from Dugar TVS which is located at Geeta Bhawan. The sales executive of that bike was Mr. Rahul Gulab. I got the said bike serviced from time to time in the company itself. When the vehicle was 8 months old, then there was a problem of leakage in its front shock absorber. When I talked about the warranty, he said that the vehicle has jumped into a big pit and that is why the problem is coming. So I asked him to diagnose it first. After diagnosis, he repaired the shock absorber. Then in the next servicing, my bike was not even polished. Even then I had lodged a complaint. Similarly, on 26 March 2025, I was going for some urgent work, when my bike suddenly stopped. I pushed it and brought it home. Then I called the executive of Mr. Rahul Gulab and asked him to pick it up. Then he postponed his work and said that you should take it to the authorized service center near you. So I There is Sai Sarkar TVS dealership at Futi Kothi, I drove my Apache there and they checked the bike and told me that its fuel injector was damaged and it has been only a year and five months since I bought the bike. After buying such an expensive bike and a car from such a good company, if I have to face such problems, then why would any consumer buy a car from you? Before today, I have had four more cars of TVS company at my house, but I have never faced any such problem. This is the first time that I am facing such problems and I am facing a lot of trouble and I am not getting any kind of help. Please tell me what appropriate action I should take. Thank you.

Over all service of dugar distributor is best but behaviour of their workshop manager Jitendra chohan was very bad, being a manager he don't know how to deal with customer. My both vehicles wego and Jupiter are under AMC since last 5 years at dugar distributor but 1st time i am disappointed because of their managers behaviour.

I had a very disappointing experience with TVS Motors – Dugar Showroom. The staff were extremely disrespectful and unprofessional in their behavior. I expected better treatment, especially when purchasing a brand new TVS bike.
