Worst service expirence ever. I have a jupiter 125 its horn button is has been broke i am going daily at service center for only 5 mins works they are keep telling me come tomorrow. They can't even attend a customer properly. The who was setting near the entrance is keep scrolling the phone until you 3 to 4 times ask him and not going at the closing time i was going at 3 pm and they are telling today we can't do.

I happily purchased the bike from the Duggar showroom on the evening of September 25th. I had no idea they wouldn't even give me 500 ml of petrol. I ran out of petrol after just 5 kilometres. I request Duggar, if they can't give me 500 ml, they could have taken my money and given me the petrol so I wouldn't have to face any problems. After buying a new car, I was left stranded on the road without petrol.

I had given my motorcycle for servicing on Sunday, out of the work that was written in the job card only 1 work was done, nothing else could be done and on Monday at 2 o'clock I got a call saying your vehicle is complete take it back, after going there I came to know that the major work that was to be done on the vehicle was not done, even the parts were not available with them and the small and big works were also not done properly, even after keeping the vehicle for 25 hours, proper work was not done. very poor service

Best two wheeler showroom present in indore, from the sales executive to service persons,to accessories holders,to boss of the dugar tvs all are very supportive. I purchased back to back two different vehicles after their sales services were good.

They just want to sell then they dont care.. poor after service

no RCA provided after 2 months of buying in emergency, ignorance behaviour when come for servicing after accident, no clear response from anyone. They behave good only at the time of buying a vehicle. No support provided, only waiting

Salesman was good cooperative supportive n the most important thing funny also.
