Worst experience 1) At the time of purchasing the salesman insured my vehicle without no zero dep policy without asking me . 2) After sale service are worst, they have rules more then any luxury brand , like you have to book a slot 1-2 days before and reach there before 10 A.M and sometimes they deny for service of older vehicle as slots are booked . 3) No proper contact no. sometimes its unreachable, switch off or busy . If your are not able to manage then don't sell vehicles . I personally recommend not to purchase from this dealership.

I had booked a service appointment for my vehicle on Sunday. However, I did not receive any confirmation prior to my visit. When I reached the showroom on Sunday morning, I was informed that the manager would handle the matter upon arrival. After waiting for nearly an hour, the manager confirmed that my booking was indeed valid, but by then most of the service slots had already been completed. My vehicle could not be fully serviced that day. On Monday evening, I received a call stating that my vehicle was ready. After making the payment and starting the vehicle, I discovered that the same issue still persisted. Even after checking for about an hour, the problem was not resolved. I was told that if I urgently needed the bike, I could take it in the same condition. If your team could not fix the issue even after two days, I fail to understand why I was asked to take the vehicle back without proper repair. Due to this, I am now forced to hire a porter for ₹200 daily to travel to my office while my vehicle remains unusable. I request you to kindly compensate for these additional expenses and ensure proper resolution of my vehicle’s issue at the earliest. Furthermore, I have been trying to contact the service manager and staff, but none of my calls are being answered. This unprofessional behavior is unacceptable and has caused me great inconvenience.

Very very very bad behaviour of employees in service no issue resolve in 3 days very bad service by TVS dugar i won't buy any thing from here. In my new bike I am having the problem after first service and the behaviour of the employees is very rude and bad my bike is in showroom from 2 days new bike don't waste your time and money here
