Swrvice is very bad...my bike even not washed in the servicing although it was just my second servicing of new bike. After askimg the responsible person so they just roaming here and there and slowly they started washing again. Literally very bad service.

I purchase icube from Dugar ....extremely happy with ekta mam ...who explained all the features and provide test drive of vehicle...also handled icube soon as delivery date ...thanxx for her 👍 …

A good staf cooperation.. And the environment was good.. The seller for my vehicle Mrs garima sharma. She had a very good nature. Also the other staf members helped me like anuj tiwari and yash sir.. I am satisfied with the service!!

Worst Service is being received from this place. We have given our iqube for changing its battery for almost 1 month and nothing is happening. Whenever we call them they are just making silly excuses like I am on leave please call someone else, the battery is not delivered to us, etc etc. We are so fed up with this place. If it was possible then I would have rated them in minus.

Worst service center in the city . They sell you the vehicle no doubt on when it comes to the service and parts replacement they first say to you that we have a Booking slot for service tomorrow and when you call them they say "soory we are full and we will provide you next day" it happens to me many times . Absolutely hate tvs brand for their services and treating their customers for granted . Their is no awareness of the customers urgency and feelings . I had to go a ride but before it I wanted to change the clutch lever of my bike they have done it once and returned me bike the same day but since a bit long they have stoped and play with you saying "Tommorow you can book etc etc " as a customer try to understand how are you treating yourself in front of your clients . This is the reason why TVS don't come near to any other brand like bajaj or hero . TVS need to improve their service behaviour asap otherwise it's very hard for them to stay on the market . Absolutely hate you guys at the showroom
