Hi I purchased TVS IQ scooter from moksh TVS with the coordination of dugar TVS Indore scooter is very good when I am going to purchase there staff is very good at the time of purchasing but I want customised number I ask them they are saying for different amount of payment for that I just confused. But I paid that amount which they ask me afterwards I ask him so many times for my scooter number but yet 4 months is completed the didn't give me my scooter number I can say that is a very poor management coordination in telling lie that we will give you number in 2 days get 4 months is completed I am very disappointed and angry with their management team . even they didn't pick call also, now I am going to complaint about them.

Manager Jitendra Chouhan is very rude and the service if the TVS Dugar is pathetic. They don't treat their customer well. Even after confirmation they send back the customer.

I purchased TVS iqube from DUGAR TVS airport road. Service aur staff muzhe bahot accha laga. Ekta Madam ne vehicle delivery timely krwaya aur sabhi paper process bhi smooth tha. thank you Ekta and Neha madam.

Worst experience ever. I bought TVS iqube in december 2023. After that i got my vehicle serviced from their showroom no one informed me that there is a service coupon of MBOOK. that you pay only once and get the second servicing free. I paid full amounts twice or thrice. Now when i came to satbhaiya TVs for the servicing, they gave me all the information and did my servicing amazingly. Also when they tried opening my MBOOK it couldnt be open as it was already opened in dugar tvs. The servicing guy from satbhaiya tvs was helpful enough to contact dugar and get it closed. But surprisingly dugar tvs person denied to close it as i am getting servicing from some where else. As a customer which ever is near and convenient, any customer will be using the service center. Also you should give better services to retain the customers rather than making this mess. It makes the customer more irritated and frustrated.

Excellent sales service from their representative Mrs Garima Sharma. Very humble and detailed explanation by Garima ji helped us in our buying experience. Very competitive pricing and vast availability of models/colors makes Dugar TVS the finest tvs showroom in this area.

The Service Advisor, Mr. Santosh Tetwal, and the Mechanic, Mr. Sachin Gehlod, acted dishonestly in this matter. Their behavior was highly unprofessional and misleading. I had a very bad experience with Dugar TVS. When I left my vehicle at the service center, I had placed two expensive microfiber cloths and some other items related to my vehicle in the boot. After the service, those items were missing. Upon checking the CCTV footage, Mr. Santosh admitted that the microfiber cloths were indeed in the vehicle’s boot. However, he returned only one cloth, while the other cloth and some other belongings were not given back. Moreover, when I asked about the missing items, Mr. Santosh spoke to me very rudely and in an unacceptable manner
