बहुत ही ख़राब सर्विस करते हैं आपकी गाड़ी को ख़राब करते है और फिर बार बार शिकायत करो

Really Nice showroom, one stop to get any TVS ride. Really nice sales experience by Ranjeeta Rathore Ji. I literally bought the vehicle in less than 30 mins. She was knowledgeable and helpfull and very keen with the entire process.

Staff is very supporting and I brought bike from there process are to easy and simple

I had a very bad experience with Dugar TVS. At the time of purchasing my vehicle, my name was entered incorrectly, which caused mistakes in the insurance, invoice, and other documents. Although this was later corrected, today I faced another unpleasant issue when I went for servicing. I had kept two cleaning cloths in the boot of my vehicle. After servicing, when I went to collect my vehicle, the staff denied that any cloth was there and tried to mislead me. Upon checking the CCTV footage, it was clearly visible that the cloths were inside the vehicle’s boot. However, they returned only one cloth and refused to return the other. The Service Advisor, Mr. Santosh Tetwal, and Mechanic, Mr. Sachin Gehlod, were both dishonest in this matter. Their behavior was unprofessional and misleading.
