I recently purchased a TVS Jupiter 125 from your showroom. 1. There is a technical issue with the vehicle's handle, which I reported to the showroom staff immediately. However, even after raising a complaint, there has been no proper response or resolution from your side. It is disheartening to face such issues in a brand-new vehicle. 2. Moreover, the showroom staff was very unprofessional and uncooperative. They did not take the complaint seriously, nor did they offer any helpful support or clear communication. Their behavior made me feel that customer satisfaction is not a priority.

I am purched Jupiter from dugar tvs airport showroom...it's so beautiful showroom.... deleveried time ekta mam ne bhot ache se celebrated kiya hai ..mam ka behaviour bhi acha hai sales executive anuj sir ne sare features explain kiye hai ...or ekta mam ne proper way me btya hai apki servicing bhi ho jaye gyyi proper way me ...thankyou ..

There is no option for a 0 rating, otherwise, I would have given that. The biggest mistake of my life was purchasing a vehicle from this third-rate showroom, where customers are treated terribly. It has been the worst experience of my life (if anyone wants to experience it, they can come). The staff are rude and shameless, showing no regard for the customer's time. Even after making appointments, they treat you like, "Yes, it will happen, we'll check this and that," but in the end, no one attends to you. Then they start saying, "Ma'am, I don't handle this, it's not my job," and after an hour of waiting, they tell you to go somewhere else. Even after complaining to the manager (who is never available), and customer care, they don't listen either. Please, do yourself a favor and go to Honda – they have the best vehicles and services. Even a local garage would be a better option than this place. Never go here.Last not least don't talk to their manager Jitendra and the number's they share you as there Manager and all. just leave and go to nearest garage in front of catalyser for easy access of the services avoid them and don't trust any of them bcz they will not improve or solve anything. #Ghatiya...
