Dugar Distributors TVS (2 wheeler & EV) - Ratlam Kothi

I had a great experience at TVS Dugar Showroom while purchasing the TVS Jupiter. Anuj Tiwari guided us throughout the process with patience and complete knowledge. He explained all the features clearly and helped us choose the right model as per our needs. The overall service was smooth and customer-friendly. Highly recommend visiting this showroom for a hassle-free two-wheeler purchase.

One of the worst dealership we had to deal with. There are people with 0 sense, working here. No way they know how to deal with customers. They are the worst kind of dealer, we ever had to experience. I feel sad to have purchased my tvs rider bike from them. I will suggest everyone, to please read this review, and then think about purchasing anything from them.

I had a very disappointing experience with this showroom. I purchased an iQ Electric scooter from this counter, and within a short time, the charger stopped working and ordered a new charger, but even after one full month, I have not received the charger Every time I contact the showroom, I am told to "wait," but there is no proper update, no follow-up, and no service support. It’s very frustrating my scooter is just standing unused. This kind of delay and poor response shows a lack of responsibility and after-sales service. I expected better service from such a reputed brand, but the experience has been very disappointing and unprofessional. I request the management to look into this matter seriously and improve their customer support and delivery process.

Dugar TVS is the best dealership to purchase new vehicle.Today I have purchased my Jupiter from them. Sales team is very helpful.

Great experience..fast service by mohit Sharma and atul dubey

I recently purchased a Jupiter 125 from DUGAR TVS, Airport Road Indore, and I must say the entire experience was excellent. The staff was extremely supportive and courteous throughout the process. Special thanks to Rahul ji and Jagriti madam for their guidance and assistance in helping me choose the right vehicle and number too. Their knowledge and patience made the selection process smooth and stress-free. Also, a big thank you to Mr. Charlie for handling all the finance-related work efficiently. He explained everything clearly and made the process hassle-free. Highly recommend DUGAR TVS Airport Road Indore to anyone looking for a great buying experience. Keep up the good work!

After the servicing, my scooter is not starting at all, and there is also oil leakage from the vehicle. Additionally, I was informed that the meter issue was fixed, but it is still not working. This clearly shows that the service was done carelessly and without proper inspection or quality check. I am extremely disappointed with this level of service from an authorized TVS service center. Kindly treat this as an urgent matter and arrange for an immediate inspection and resolution at no additional cost. Please also ensure accountability for the poor workmanship.
