Very disappointing and unprofessional experience with this dealership. I purchased the TVS iQube (115 km range model) from here, and within just one day of delivery I noticed that the fitting of the scooter was not proper. When I went back to the showroom to report the issue, none of the staff members were interested in even listening to the problem. Instead of helping a customer who had just purchased a new vehicle, they simply said they were busy in meetings. This kind of response is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of responsibility towards customers. After spending a significant amount of money on a new vehicle, the least expected is proper product quality and basic after-sales support. Ignoring a genuine concern right after delivery reflects very poorly on the dealership’s professionalism and customer service. I strongly advise the management to improve their after-sales service and ensure customers are treated with respect and their issues are addressed promptly.

Service ke liye appointment mangte hai to bas ek hi jawab dete hai executive aap se sampark karega aur wo kabhi karta nahi hai pichhle 3 din se aise hi jawab de rahe hai bahut hi ghatiya service hai

Me yaha ayaa tha yaha staff best h but yaha showroom me nahi AC hai yaha garmi me galat karab ho gayi hum new Scooty lene ayee the please is show room me diyan rakhe AC toh lagna chaiye ye toh best showroom hai but nahi AC hai

They are very bad in servicing Servicing ke bad problem solve krne ke jagah ek new problem start ho jati hai gadi me Inke staff and service manager sb ke sb unprofessional na calls pick krte hai aur na time se problem solve krte hai Jo part kharab nhi bhi hoga use kahte hai kharab hai aur change krwao taki jyada pese kama sake ye log
