Every time I visit this place I had pathetic experience. I recently purchased TVS iQube from dugar tvs and since then I am suffering. I went there today for servicing of my iQube. Before reaching there I called on phone numbers available, nobody answered. When I reached there I received no cooperation from staff or management. They don't care about their customers. They just bluntly accepts that yes ma'am we are bad at management what to do. Finally writing this review after being so much disappointed by this experience.

I had an amazing experience at Dugar TVS. From the first visit to the day of delivery, every thing was super smooth. Mrs Garima helped us a lot from explaining us the little details to helping us finalizing the model. She was very helpful and courteous.

Pathetic service received from duggar TVS, I purchased 3 TVS Jupiter 110 on the same day, all 3 vehicle have issue on day 1 1st vehicle - body was damaged 2nd vehicle - they have not given 1lt petrol, My senior citizens father have to drag vehicle to nearby vehicle and after complain, manager was saying they forgot to add petrol in the vehicle in rush. How could they forgot to do there daily work. 3rd vehicle - instrument was not running properly. And when I complained to TVS motors about my experience, Duggar TVS manager is saying to take a gift fo your bad experience, that's all they can do. Please purchase your vehicle from any other showroom, will not recommend anyone to go here.

Worst experience. I came here 3-4 times for the same thing, there's no corporation or customer service at all. Not a single person is there to attend and provide full information at a time, one will come tell you 1 thing and then he'll just disappear... Now again you need to roam here and there to search for someone to attend you and give you details, even if you are to purchase any vehicle they make you run behind them like anything.

Excellent experience at Dugar TVS! I recently purchased a TVS Jupiter from their showroom in Indore, and I'm thoroughly impressed. The salesman, Makhan Malvia, was extremely helpful, well-behaved, and polite throughout the entire process. His knowledge about the product was impressive, and he addressed all my queries patiently. The service team has also been great, ensuring my scooter is well-maintained. Highly recommend Dugar TVS for their professionalism and customer-centric approach. I am extremely disappointed with the service experience at Dugar tvs service center. The customer waiting lounge is being used by staff for preparing job cards and gate passes, leaving no space for customers to sit. I was asked to wait outside in uncomfortable conditions. The air conditioner was not working, and there was drinking water available but used disposable glasses were lying around. Moreover, my vehicle was not delivered on time as promised. This reflects poor management and a lack of basic customer service standards. Immediate action is needed to improve the facility and service delivery process.

Hello, my name is Gaurav Soni, I bought your company's TVS Apache 4V on 8 January 2024 from Dugar TVS which is located at Geeta Bhawan. The sales executive of that bike was Mr. Rahul Gulab. I got the said bike serviced from time to time in the company itself. When the vehicle was 8 months old, then there was a problem of leakage in its front shockup absorber. When I talked about the warranty, he said that the vehicle has jumped into a big pit and that is why the problem is coming. So I asked him to diagnose it first. After diagnosis, he repaired the shockup.Then in the next servicing, my bike was not even polished. Even then I had lodged a complaint. Similarly, on 26 March 2025, I was going for some urgent work, when my bike suddenly stopped. I pushed it and brought it home. Then I called the executive of Mr. Rahul Gulab and asked him to pick it up. Then he postponed his work and said that you should take it to the authorized service center near you. So I There is Sai Sarkar TVS dealership at Futi Kothi, I drove my Apache there and they checked the bike and told me that its fuel injector was damaged and it has been only a year and five months since I bought the bike. After buying such an expensive bike and a bicycle from such a good company, if I have to face such problems, then why would any consumer buy a bicycles from you? Before today, I have had four more veacles of TVS company at my house, but I have never faced any such problem. This is the first time that I am facing such problems and I am facing a lot of trouble and I am not getting any kind of help. Please tell me what appropriate action I should take. Thank you.

Very bad service at Dugad TVS. The TVS iQube is good, but the service center is terrible. I waited hours for a simple mudguard issue, and they kept delaying my vehicle. My iQube charger fan stopped working, and they could not fix it and ignored my complaint. Poor management, poor technical support, and no respect for customers. Very frustrating experience. Not recommended for iQube owners.
