Bad service bhaut hi kharab Kam Kiya meri gadi ka 2 din me gadi di aur vo bhi bina washing ke bina oil grees ke kewal shaman dala dalne ka bhi extra charges alag se le liya aur service charge bhi liya aur dubara bula liya na to washing ki nahi gadi ko oil grees Kiya kabhi bole washing ka banda nahi hai mechanic free nahi hai Yese pareshan kar diya

Too much time consuming service and on given time gadi not ready and cleaning not done properly I given 9:30and service centre provide me 4:30 PM but gadi not ready taking 1.5 hours xtra and customer not Handled properly

Very bad experience. They are not doing the vehicle service on time. Wait time is much more as per their commitment. HMSI should Look into this. Doshi Honda worst service station in Indore.

Joshi Honda provides excellent service provider in Indore. Especially Pankaj bhaiya whose behaviour and service are so very good and excellent towards customer.All are very supportive and cooperative.

The staff is very rude. People start queuing up from 8:30 AM or even 8 for servicing, even though the showroom doesn't open until 9:30 AM. If you arrive at 8:30 AM and complete all the formalities on time, they'll still deliver your bike on another day. They'll promise to hand it over by 5 PM, but when you go to pick it up, they'll give you some random reason and tell you to come back the next morning. They will act like they are doing servicing of your bike for free and you should be grateful for that.

Filing police complaint against the Doshi Honda service centre. Wherever I have to Go I'll go and file complaint, and I'm make sure that they will suffer, I have been charges 700₹ extra apart from billing amount, payment and billing amount both are different, they also have not fixed the accelerator wire, bike automatic accelerating and Even it is starting through the self without Even pressing clutch, today I just escaped a bit from dying due to these silly mistakes, I have not been checked the Bill while paying but now I just checked and got to know that they charged extra.

They are not punctual. They don’t have importance of customers satisfaction. Thay were always give a excuse for delay in delivery for nonsense reasons like your bike part can’t be change in similar day service 😟. Customers care service don’t corporate with you properly . And this they were call to take delivery but after some time they again excuse to wait your bike was not wash at a time so wait 2 hours 😡😡

Bad experience...gave bike at 9am just for cleaning and mud guard change but as 5:30pm they didn't do anything...when I arrived only then they started cleaning very bad pathetic service
