They dont have enough manpower for the servicing and submission of vehicles, it takes approx 1 hour to submit vehicle for service and they neither do service properly nor washing. Cherry on top is they call you after a weak for the review of service and after giving honest review they don’t improve their service. I wont suggest anyone to go there for any kind of work.
It's happened 2nd time, I reached service center 9 AM my service no. Is 12 and end of the day he call me and said bike not serviced yet will deliver tomorrow morning 11 AM. Then why you give commitment to customer same day delivery. Bike service is fair but service provider is not 🚫

I had a very disappointing experience with this service center. They initially offered me a package that included two free services within a year for an advance payment of ₹800. However, when I returned to claim my 'free' services, they charged an additional ₹500–₹600 for each visit, citing labor,engine oil charges and vehicle washing charges. This completely defeats the purpose of the advance payment. I fail to understand why I was made to pay ₹800 upfront if I still have to bear these costs for every service. This feels misleading and unprofessional.
I had a disappointing experience with Doshi Honda Services. I received calls for two consecutive days informing me that my vehicle was ready for pickup. However, when I reached the service center, the vehicle was still not ready for delivery. I had to wait for another 30 minutes on-site to finally receive it. This lack of coordination and delay was quite frustrating and definitely needs improvement.
सबसे बकवास सर्विस सेंटर है 6 दिन तक मेरी एक्टिवा रख रखी थी उसके बाद भी सॉल्यूशन नहीं निकला अभी भी चलते चलते बंद हो जाती हे अभी 11/10/2025 को ही मैने एक्टिवा रिसीव की 1250 रूपए का बिल भरा और 13/10/2025 आज फिर लेकर जा रहा हु उनके पास की भी 1250 रुपए किस बात के लिए हे जब काम नहीं हुआतो
