Very good service and delivery on time I got on same day

I am very disappointed with the service provided by your Honda Service Center. My Activa was repaired on 29th August 2025, but the engine oil was not filled properly, and the vehicle is now completely faulty again. Despite this, the service center is now asking for ₹18,000+ as repair charges, which is unacceptable after such poor service. Please look into this matter urgently and provide a resolution. How can a customer trust the company when such negligence happens after an official service?

I am highly disappointed with your insurance claim process. The service is extremely poor, time-consuming, and completely unprofessional. Instead of supporting customers in a difficult time, your team created unnecessary delays and confusion. This kind of service damages customer trust and does not match the standards expected from a brand like Honda. I strongly request immediate improvements in your claim handling process. worst service took 3 days for my activa paid 7000 still not able to rectify my problem nobody even recieves my call i make endless calls then I got my activa after 3 days even made scratches and welded my front mudguard without my consent better to avoid coming here they even made me wait for 1 hour even after saying my vehicle is ready

Service is little good by replacing directly parts, but their assessments will also be wrong. Making lesser labor work since taking high charges with compare to other small mechanics. process is very time taking and slow response. It could be more better if manage honestly. I have examples to mention here but not mentioning. Apologies are not welcome, better to response honestly services with customers.

The worst service centre I have ever seen. The staff do not speak properly and always say they will provide the vehicle by the end of the day, but they never call or deliver it on time. The next day only they provide the vehicle. This is not the first time—I have faced this issue multiple times. The attending staff are very rude, do not communicate properly, and do not provide correct information. After 6 PM, they even switch off their phones, so you can’t get any updates about whether your vehicle is ready or not.
