Mahindra vehicles are good but regarding Somya Vehicles, I must warn you all not to book and pay any amount online from Mahindra website to them. Their internal accounting system is so poor that they will deny receiving any payment and will ask you for proof. In my case , I am struggling for past 5 months to get back my online booking payment. I have purchased vehicle from them but booking amount was not deducted from final payment and instead a new booking was done at the time of delivery. Now Somya team is denying that they have not received any amount even after showing them proof of bank statement. I therefore want to warn all of you from the fraudsters present in their system.

Very poor service even no one is there to listen you they took more than three days to deliver after first service.and send the vehicle without cleaning and washing once complain about this they again call the vehicle but again on same day didn't deliver the service Behaviour of supervisor Mr vikash Shukla is very unprofessional don't know how to treat customers.kindly took action

Worst experices .After sale sevices is very bad . I recently purchased an XUV 400 EV from your showroom. After two months, the car developed issues. However, my attempts to seek help at the showroom were unsuccessful due to unavailability of staff. I urgently request assistance to resolve these issues promptly.

Sales team has no time or attention to customer I tried to book XUV 700 AX5, However realised the dealer doesn't need anymore customer by behaviour and response of sales team, I tried to followup foor a week but than give up

After waiting 2 hours no vehicle is available for test drive. Owner it self carry demo vehicle to personal use. No sufficient information available to sales girls.

Today I went to this showroom and trust me there was no single person to assist us. I'm highly disappointed by the service. They were giving excuses that why they were unable to attend us. I was so excited to see the features of 700 but the way they treated was unacceptable I'll rather go to MG showroom.
