Staff is well trained and professional

Stuff was really polite and helpful, Got my car proper and on time thanks soumya vehicle 👍🏻 …
I had a very disappointing experience with the staff. Despite my repeated requests, they were unable to resolve my HSRP plate issue.

Very good experience staf all good thank u Mahindra somya
Very good experience with soumya vehicle thank you so much Ankit sir and vijay sir thanks to all
Worst service by this showroom. I booked the 3XO on the launch date, May 15th, and requested delivery on August 15th. During that period, no one contacted me with any status updates. When I reached out to them regarding the delivery of my vehicle, they informed me that they couldn’t deliver the car and did not have any dates for further delivery either. It feels like they took my booking amount for their own benefit. Now that I’ve requested a refund, they are engaging in nonsense discussions and not returning my money in a timely manner. This has been one of the worst experiences with Soumya Vehicle, Indore. Their upper management, Mr. Vipin, and sales manager, Mr. Anupam, are incapable of handling customers. I would urge everyone not to waste their hard-earned money on this kind of showroom. Please consider other showrooms for Mahindra cars.
