I would give it 4 stars because relatively they do a better job than other dealers in Indore. I went for a couple of test drives but the executives hardly cared to explain any product features. Atleast they allowed me to take the car for a decent drive.

I had conversation with two employer of your showroom there name was Salman Khan and he told me that he was car accessories manager but I don't know what his work ... And another is Sameer Mev he was a driver ... They both are too rude and they don't have manner to talk with other and they are not well mannered and I think so they are also not much mature and not much serious on their work ...

Nice place for buying cars and other commerical vehicle

The staff seems to be too busy and not all of them know the details. There was always a discussion happening amongst each other to find the right information. Mahindra Thar is really good but couldn’t buy due to long waiting list.

Buying new car - after 2-3 days of discussion with miss shreya n mr vipin, we finalised the deal, finalized finance, finalized delivery time and other things but while i was paying booking amount there was some technical issue from bank end so i asked to try again after 5min (even i shared screenshot of failed payment also n tried different payment modes also). After some time she informed that someone else booked the car in between n we cnt provide it now, u hv 2 wait for one mnth. It was vry disappointing. I assumed, they might hv get better deal with other buyer in terms of money. (got same deal with nearby dealer bhagwati elite)

I have purchased a vehicle from then in sep 24 and they haven't provided the registration number till Jan 25 the worst showroom I have ever seen behaviour of the employees isn't not good talking rudely disagree with the services

I bought 4x4 (Petrol Auto ) Mahindra Thar from these guys. After payment, their service quality changes. They only care till you have not made the payment. Even after 4 months they have not given me RTO tax invoice. The service center guys say RTO tax invoice is required for any insurance claims. Now I came to know that they have yet not registered my car. I am facing so many problems because of their unprofessional service. I bought my car in May 2023. They said number plate takes around 1 month time and they will attach it during first service. I have not got the number plate yet which according to them is in their showroom. I visited the showroom thrice but they keep on searching and say we will deliver it to your address. Then they forget to deliver also. It is almost October and they still have not given me the number plate. Everytime they have some excuses. I had bad experience during first service also. Overall I regret buying from them. Edit - I visited their showroom in mid-October for update on car registration. They said it will be done in 1 week and I will get my RC. It is January 2024, the car is still unregistered. I do not know what kind of people work there. Absolutely useless! Feb 2024 - They have not even paid the TCS for my vehicle. My car is still unregistered. They are completely Fraud people.

We visited the showroom and Rajesh Sharma gave us a good understanding of RavX and we are fully satisfied by his knowledge
