Worst customer service, Waited 15 mins no staff approached or entered us, all were just sitting after saying also no one came, it was very humiliating. Don’t visit here.

My car was on the workshop of Soumya vehicles because it's tyre's got busted n everything was to b done on insurance claim... Everything was fine till i took my car from there after making payment's...They did made the quotation of different amnt from the billing amount n when i went to them the General Manager he promised me to refund the differenciated amnt...But when i started calling he never took my call not a single time...They did sent me the refund after nearby 2 weeks after several call's to the GM n the executive Mr.Imran , but then also not full of the amount..Till now haven't got my full refund nor the executive picks up my call...N the other thing a little bit of paint work was done in my car n they didn't even cover the rest of the car n my car's paint feels rough all over the car whenever i touch it... Useless n Pathetic experience with Soumya Vehicles... **Would not recommend any of the car lover to go there for anything...Because they'll do thing's but will damage more n cheat you more**

I booked Thar and got deliver in just 20 days. (Jan 2022) Staff behavior is commendable, every department was very polite and process in a speedy way. I surely recommend Somya Mahindra. Thank you!

Good experience , staff are well trained

Excellent showroom with very attentive staff. Varsha Sengar Ji and Vikas Sir made the overall experience from booking to actual delivery very good. They kept me updated on the booking status from time to time and delivered the vehicle in promised time. 10/10. would highly recommend to others.

My car was picked up from my place for service n was dropped back...though they insisted on keeping the car overnight...I didn't allow that. Workshop manager was very busy to call us...his phone was switched off. They offered us deep cleaning of car but we refused as a result they did not clean it properly from inside...didn't even do dusting..all AC vents are full of dust. I own XUV from last 6vyrs its the the WORST service have ever ha.

Wrong commitment for the initial sales, would suggest to take written dates for the vehicle delivery else your event could get spoiled or your planning would. Also they take 5 star ratings for themselves by their own hands at the time of vehicle delivery, proving excellent services but its actually worst. The attitude of sales manager we dealt was the worst part after not able to deliver vehicle on committed date. However they tried in last to satisfy by providing some additional benefits for customer delight, some people efforts were worth it too, that is the only reason to give 2 star.
