I took leave and was at home they say parcel out for delivery and then say not delivered very bad service at Indore

I'm waiting for my parcel but delivery boy continually updated the status of address not found .. I'm leaving in city and all the online shopping parcel delivered easily but they didn't not call me .. I'm still waiting my parcel

Pathetic service, delivery executive never call you and they says out of delivery and evening they put status as "No Such Consignee At The Given Address", not able to contact them looks like they are not interested to deliver product. I would love to give stars in minus but option is not available.

Bluedart delivery never called me and cancelled the delivery.

Worst courier I've come across in my life they'll Mark wrong updates like wrong address, consignee refused to accept or whatever they feel like doing and won't make any attempt to deliver the parcel blue dart has the worst customer support so these frauds are not answerable to anyone they need to be taken to consumer court

Poor customer service. Generally says Network Delay, Will Impact Delivery.

Delivery person mentioned that address not found any time . But if he not getting address then he should call once on given contact number. Wrost courier service.

Actually I am waiting for my parcel but I have not received my parcel and my status show that I refused but nobody call me and when I tried to reach out nobody received my call

Very bad service. They didn't come to deliver and said that delivery address was changed. Never use bluedart.

its really a misfortune that all the key parcels- passport , visa are using Blue dart services..blue dart services in indore are patheticI have been experiencing this for last 3 year and not just about one case. Dont know how many people experience it but though the PIN code is correct in the address still these people add the comments like wrong PIN in status because of their PIN issue this is nothing to do with the PIN in customer address. This people take 3 days to deliver an urgent parcel after receiving at their main office to say addresses somewhere in bypass or Aurobindo side. Once i paid 300 Rs to PORTOR to get my parcel from their office in indore...i hope blue dart ever review these review and care for customer feedback
