worst services, no contact number nothing, the delivery person cancels the delivery even without bothering to call , looks like the company has no control on them. Why are they even in the business, when the customer care never cares to answer the calls or the number is always busy??

Worst courier, never delivers on time, wrong status being posted, door closed/refused to accept delivery even for prepaid orders

This company is running some kind of a fraud. Whenever I order a product and Blue Dart is responsible for its delivery, I never received that product. They keep it for 10 or more days and it returns from where it came. They never ever tried to contact.

Fraud courier service in Indore ... Doing scams with customers.. Updating wrong shipment status .. Waiting for my parcel from last 4 days. Without even attempting a delivery status says "Necessary Charges Pending From Consignee" No calls, no contact provided.... Automatically rescheduling delivery everyday.

Worst service experience ever. The delivery person didn’t even come to the office but marked the reason as “office closed,” which is completely incorrect. After that, the status again showed “out for delivery” after 2 days, but still no actual delivery was made. Very unprofessional and misleading updates. This kind of service is highly disappointing and unreliable. Would not recommend at all.

Pathetic and completely unprofessional service by Blue Dart. My parcel was supposed to be delivered on 28th March, and even by 30th March I still haven’t received it. On top of that, I get a fake “Delivery Attempted” message — seriously? No call, no message, no delivery person showed up. This is outright misleading. And the worst part — this is NOT the first time. Almost every single delivery with Blue Dart turns into the same headache. I’ve been living in Indore for 20 years, and this level of service is honestly unacceptable. Stop fooling customers with false updates and take responsibility. Either fix your system or stop claiming reliable service. Completely frustrated.
