Blue Dart Express Ltd

My experience with Blue Dart is very bad because whenever I receive a parcel from Blue Dart, I do not receive it on a particular date and the reason is house lock whereas there is always no one in my house. The delivery boy does not get my address whereas I get parcels from all other places at this address only. My credit card also comes from Blue Dart only.

Very Good service, one day delivery of my important documents parcel. Specially the lady officer (don't know the name of her I visited between 2022-2024), in south tukoganj branch, Indore is humble & cooperative in nature keep it up blue dart service. Thank you.

Most inefficient service I observed on two Occasions lastly cheque book was despatched to my address but on 20.06.25 not delivered with fake remarks with restricted area .as where as no courier ever Came . I tried to get it's office but no response from there.

Very bad services no one calls and write wrong reasons for return that consignee not available return any parcels very behaving people

Reducules experience of blue dart ,No any customer service The call is picked up and put aside.

No proper communication for delivery one month has passed and still not received my parcel. Customer care no. cannot connect you to the executive to talk with for your query

Worst service delivery ever... They never deliver your package and mark it delivered... Second time they again try but they mark it recipient not available. Its worst service but had no option because the package was coming from bank.

Very very pathetic service experience is very bad customer care number always busy. The response from the branch also very bad. No one is try to solve the problem of costomer. When I reach to the branch to receive my parcel their response was like they are doing it for free, very very bad response i received from the Blue dart (Near by Surya hotel, Indore, MP) branch.very lazy staff and customer care also gives false commitment for delivery of product.

They took one hour to process our parcel🙂a small parcel it took one hour, and they were behaving like they are sitting in some bank and lunch time is going on, where customer is waiting and people are just roaming around casually like they have no work, I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service, rest idk how safely they are going to deliver the parcel🫠staff was not even communicating properly.... No details were given properly to our queries...
