Bluedart provides very bad service. They never deliver your product, and their customer service always says they will attempt delivery tomorrow, but that "tomorrow" never comes. Customers have to go to their office to collect the parcel. They never deliver on time and should shut down their service in India. It is 3rd time having same issue.

Very very poor courier company, Charged for premium delivery but deliver parcel after 9 days, Irresponsible staff of Vijay Nagar Indore branch mentioning false information on tracking portal.

Shut down your office. Your delivery personnel abuses customers and makes customers feel threatened. Good that services like Amazon have shut down this filthy service. Pathetic garbage business running in our society. Your delivery boys need to live in jail. Throw away your delivery vans, useless piece of junk. Fire all your employees, they don't deserve an employment. That's the least that you can do

Never use their services,very pathetic courier services .Blue dart is the worst I ordered some goods through an online store and they never delivered it to me. I called them several times but they didn’t bother to solve my problem and every time gave me excuses. I ordered for the third time again and they didn’t attempt to deliver and now they are neither answering my calls nor addressing my mails. They are not even bothered about so many negative ratings still they want to run this pathetic courier service, worst of all, I would never recommend to anyone out there .

Very bad delivery experience

Very very bad customer service they give false promises and don't deliver parcels on time this was very worst experience for me from bluedart I hope you read this try to improve I will not ask for the reimbursement for the extra expense that I had to incur just improve your customer service staff and Don't lie to customers.

Very poor service I am fed up as I am communicating with them from last 10days through mail and calls but my order is still not delivered everyday they asked me to wait till 7:30 and order not delivered with remarks Consignee not Available Pathetic service

One of worst service not delivered Dongels through flight, they are telling no electronic items with battery will be delivered through flight service. Don't waste time going there. Poor service.

It is a very bad service, neither do they call nor do they deliver the parcel to the address, it is always a bad service.
