Very pathetic service experience is very bad customer care number always busy. The response from the branch also very bad. No one is try to solve the problem of costomer. When I reach to the branch to receive my parcel there response was like they are doing it for free very bad response i received from the Blue dart (Near by Surya hotel, Indore, MP) branch.

They deserve negative stars for the kind of service they provide. Its third time in a row when i was supposed to get my package on a date mentioned on website and without receiving any call from delivery guy or any attempt of delivery, I got a msg of Consignee Not Available. Blue Dart is just premium charges not premium service.... Negative Responsiveness, Professionalism

i just call them and they picked my phone. thanks for this. but i had problem that i do not stay at home because i have to leave for office and nowadays no body can pic document. i asked same to them. but they replay we can not tell anything because they did not get parcel. ultimately i would to call them again on Monday because parcel is going to deliver Monday. same day i will call them and try to manage my office time and reset of other things. i think they should have proper response.

Worst service i have ever seen

Never use Blue Dart for Passport pickup! It is the worst, They will not accept UPI as form of payment, charge you Rs.1,200 per passport and will say they won't give you your wife's passport but right in-front of our eyes gave another person, their wife's passport. Biased treatment and try to cause as much pain to you as they can.

Very poor quality of service and executive doesn't deliver the needful items and give useless excuses... very very bad service

It is supposed to to be open at 9.00 AM. But here at counter someone told me that Madam has not come yet. At what time she will come they don’t know. Someone says 9.30 and someone says 10.00

Courier service is good. Customer care support need to improve. There is no way to contact delivery person if courier is out for delivery. Also customer care number went unanswered after 5.59PM. Also local delivery office contact details are not well written on web site.

Great service on time delivery and the delivery boys are well manner and nice they have a polite nature
