Such a stupid place and staff ! They won’t deliver anything on time. No contact information given. They will never call you and never deliver on time. Stupidity at its peak

No resolution even after raising a complain to deliver my package but it's been 7 days and no response. So finally i have to visit Wearhouse by myself and collect my package l.

Good services, sometimes bit late. Also I want to make one thing clear to all, please be aware of searching its customers service no. Online on Google or any site, it may leads to online cyber fraud. If the parcel is urgent, just go directly to its office .

Very bad . Their customer support number doesn't even connect . Ordered laptop from eBay. Even they advertised wrong delivery time and blue dart in indore pathetic no one pics calls as well as delivery was delayed by 2 days . Very bad service . It's better to order from amazon or snapdeal at least they don't do such frauds

They are not delivering my parcel since last 4 days. I get message that my parcel is out for delivery in the morning & at evening with out any contact they send update consignee was not available. When I try to reach out they ask me to collect parcel from their office. Worst service. I going to complain as about this to higher officials as well as consumer forum.

My parcel arrived here on 9th march but they have not deleiverd till 12th march.Then myself picked up the parcel.Surprisingly they have no proper reason.Incharge mr anil said they have high workload, Not expected from blue dart such kind of service.Will never use again.

The delivery boy so many times didn't delivered the goods stating that the address is wrong or not found while the address is 100% correct Today the delivery boy Mr. Pradeep Parmar came to deliver the order and called from road approx 1km away from my home and said to come on the road to collect the parcel which is confidential and can't be delivered to any other person I asked him to deliver the order at home but he said that he can't do so

Absolutely horrible service! The delivery agent keeps on cancelling the delivery at his own will! In the morning I get notified of the delivery and late evening I’m notified that since there was no one at home the delivery could not be attempted! Blue dart is no more reliable. The agent is extremely rude!

दोस्तों मैं अपना एक्सपीरियंस साझा करना चाहूंगी आप सबके साथ , मैंने ORDER place किया था ek application के माध्यम से और उन्होंने अपना डिलीवरी पार्टनर ब्लू डार्ट को सेलेक्ट किया है। मेरा ऑर्डर 18 July 2024 को ही डिलीवर हो जाना चाहिए था। फिर मैंने उसे एप्लीकेशन से संपर्क किया तो उन्होंने कहा कि आपका ऑर्डर डिलीवर हो जाएगा। Aapne order रिफ्यूज कर दिया है। जबकि मुझे डिलीवरी बॉय की तरफ से कोई भी कॉल नहीं आया था। मैं कंटिन्यू एप्लीकेशन के हेल्प सेंटर पर ही कॉल कर रही थी। जहां से वह मुझे आजकल आजकल बोल रहे थे।. फिर मैं ट्रैकिंग आईडी पर जाकर देखा तो ब्लू डार्ट दिखा। मैं यहां के कस्टमर केयर को कॉल किया जो की कनेक्ट ही नहीं हो रहा था। 2 दिन तक परेशान होने के बाद मैंने ठान लिया कि आज तो कॉल कनेक्ट करके hi dum lungi . After continuing calling for five to seven minutes my call got connected.😄 फिर भाषा का चयन करने के बाद अपनी ट्रैकिंग आईडी बताने के बाद मेरा कॉल कस्टमर केयर पर कनेक्ट हुआ. और फाइनली मेरा ऑर्डर आज डिलीवर होगा। मैडम ने मुझे बताया उन्होंने मुझे बताया कि बहुत ज्यादा आर्डर प्लेस होने के कारण वह हमें डिलीवर नहीं कर पाई। अब यह उनका एक्सक्यूज था या सच वह मुझे नहीं पता पर आज मेरा ऑर्डर हंड्रेड परसेंट डिलीवर होगा। It's so pathetic ke 12 Din baad aaj mera order delivere hoga. यहां गलती किसकी? Yakinan एग्जीक्यूटिव, जिसने की फेक टैगिंग की, Aur गलती थी उसे मैनेजर की जिसने अपने टीम के बंदे को अपने डिलीवरी बॉय को ट्रैक नहीं कर सही से। किसी भी कंपनी को अच्छी सर्विस देने के लिए अपने ग्राउंड लेवल के एग्जीक्यूटिव्स पर ध्यान देना चाहिए। देखना चाहिए कि वह ऐसा क्यों कर रहे हैं? If I can give I will give minus rating,worst courier service. My parcel is just 7 km away from my home But still they can not delivered it since 5 days because they have load,after calling in customer care they just said complaint has been taken u will get it by today but still my parcel is not received
