Worst staff ever . They don’t respond properly. Not at all punctual with there pickup timings . If we call managers for solutions they also didn’t respond especially Pravin.

This customer service number not working and updated all land number also is not in working, how we can contact with your office, This kind of service not accepting , because Blue Dart is very big network courier all over the world.

This is the office of one of the biggest courier service provider of company. I. Wana give them a suggestion here. Delhi based dealer sent my parcel through blue dart. Their site was saying that it has been recieved in indore office and sent for delivery on friday morning but it was not delivered since 8pm. I tried to call indore office but number is not available any where. Than I visited here yesterday near about 08 pm. I came to know that delivery person of my area was on leave. Dear blue dart dont you think you should inform me in this case ??? Dont you think you should share the phone and mobile numbers of your office so that we could talk them ? Any way staff was cooperative and they delivered me my parcel

Worst service ever, i never seen delivery people & office people like this. All are irresponsible. After 8-9 incidents , i am writing this review. Delivery boy didn't even came to the address & he himself signed on documents & marked as the item is delivered. Fake sign, fake delivery. Sometimes customer available at home but they don't even come & update status from the office that "delivery attempted, premises were closed"..

Worst service they are offering in Indore. They having my order from last 3 days, daily in the morning message is coming out for delivery but at the end they are marking Consignee Not Available. So I would suggest boycott such type of vendors.

Worst services provided by them. Firstly their customer care number don't work, most of the time is busy. If asking about any query the person is talking very rudely not even giving any details like delivery boy contact no. Such a bad servicing company.

Without a try they marked as address incorrect... Customer care never connects... Written complaint is unanswered And banks trust them for delivering cards
