Blue Dart Express Ltd

They accepted the letter and confirmed me that the shipment will reach the destination in next 48 hrs. For this I paid them RS.400. I sent this on 24th of October 2018 and it reached there on 27th at 2.05pm. Although I know that blue dart have the best courier services in India but in my case it was totally flop.

Blue dart u deserve zero stars ! Dil. Is what ur company is for and u dnt even do that properly ! After calling you continuously for more than 6 times still u havent been able to solve the query! I am totally shocked to see and understand how a big company like nykaa can choose u as dil partner as your services are pathetic !

Koi kam ki service nahi hai time se delevry nahi milti and customers care number bhi galat batata hai lagta hi nahi kitna parrshn ho lo

Worst courier service.. Don't rely on them.. They don't provide shipment on time. And also there management system is very poor.. To be honest.. This is a 3rd class courier service.. My consignment is 6 days delayed.

I went there to collect my passport and overall experience was good and helping. Only there is no contact no to reach but at same time I understand why they don’t have phone to talk to anyone with lot of passport holder call every time and they can’t work because of it.

Not good now again my 2 parcel are pending in Indore Palasia service center but still it didnt got delivered in 2days even though from my home location it is hardly 5km worst courier service blue dart is becoming

Worst pathetic service.. fraud company.. They set order out for delivery from there office and without standing up from their chair they mark order as not delivered as the receiver person was not available without even calling or visiting delivery address…. Totally unbelievable experience worst courier delivery service company #bluedart

Worst delivery service. They'll not even contact you in case they are not able to locate your address and return the courier with false acclaims. They have no customer service or remedial system in place. I'm surprised that few businesses still use this!!

Pathetic pathetic experience. They damaged my order and there was no call from their side. I went after few days to ask about my order , they said it’s damaged. And the staff for extremely rude. I don’t know why they work if they can’t be nice or solve our issues. Never never going to blue dart again.
