Behavior is polite but they have done some masters in making mistakes. My express delivery documents were send to some other location and people were saying that sender have written the wrong pin code, well that pin code is written on my Aadhar Card and daily so many parcels comes to me.

Pathetic service, why you guys take orders if you can't deliver to my pincode.I literally live near the postoffice and your website says it can be delivered to my area but whenever some online orders comes through bluedart you guys say it's out of service area. Even other companies like delhivery,shiprocket better than you. Not gonna give you orders anymore.

Pathetic service, irresponsible staff. They don't take your parcel our for delivery and update website as incorrect or incomplete address despite having complete address. theg won't even call you kn provided number. This is there ugly tactic as they don't have enough delivert staff so they keep on update tracking website with lame reson.

Humble and professional staff. easy reach. But DONT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE SOME ONLINE ORDER. The order automatically goes to malwa mill center which is a bit far from here and the STUPID WEBSITE SHOWS THIS LOCATION. Although kudos to the lady at the table as she always patiently explains the direction. ( -1 star as the other center is not nearby)

Worst experience. No phone call attended. Courier person neither calls nor inform while reaching or after reaching at destination. My delivery pack is still undelivered and thanks God, I am safe as it was cash on delivery.

Very bad service at all. bad staff, bad service. better to use Indian speed post. I did online shopping several time and my shipment didnt reach in given time. I called them again and again and they didn't give me proper answer. Finally shipment came after 7 days and I said to delivery boy that I want this shipment but i don't have money yet. please give me 2-3 days I will go to palasiya pud and bring my shipment from there. The delivery boy said - the shipment will redirect to pune.

This is the worst logistics service typically in indore south tukoganj office ,i ever seen one of the most liar and lazy deliveries yet. I had one parcel of my credit card they itself entered a wrong status in tracking that i was out of station and returned parcel back to them. Sheer waste of time nothing else , must throw their parcels on their face and should be hangout by management.

Worst customer service. They are not delivering the parcel and showing consinee not avaliable.
