They provide really poor and bad service when it comes to delivering products. The delivery person's contact info is never provided. The delivery is never done on the estimated day. And then you have to figure out a way to deal with all this. Rude and unacceptable behaviour from bluedart.

Very very poor service by main office bluedart not delivered before 15 days till time

worst servie.....yester I received message that my shipment will be delivered by evening and in the evening I recieved message that delivery failed due to premise close. The delivery person did not deliver shipments and gave wrong reasons. The service centre did not respond to call or emails. Worst Worst service I have ever seen Negative Responsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Mera parcel 2 baar return kiya ye keh kr ki out of delivery area he..jabki me 5 baar office pr gya pr inhone ek baar bhi wha se mujhe mera parcel nhi mila.. Mera parcel is office se us office tk dhakke khata rha or 2 mahine tk nhi mila mujhe... Bakwas service he, very bad ,ghatiya service .. Third class rating

Pathetic services no body is responsible for my parcel even you won't get any contact number for Indore office from past 3 days i am getting a message that your shipment will be delivered today but no body is responsible for the parcel i contacted on toll free no they also said the same thing that we will deliver your parcel today.. I don't know what to do now where to go now..

There toll free number usually stay unavailable. They return your order without attempting to deliver it. They don't even call you and will put remark that phone was not picked up. It would be 4th time i have to visit their filter facility to collect my order my-self. Really a poor service.

Delivery delayed for no reason. In morning shippment was out for delivery and in evening the updated status on portal as "Delivery Delayed", apart from it nothing was mentioned by which we can know the reason of delay. In afternoon I personally called Blue dart to make sure that my item gets delivered and representative assured me that it will. But Blue dart failed my expectation. In the past also similar thing happened 3-4 times when shipment was out for delivery but it didn't get delivered. Apart from it staff is also very rude. In nut shell worst experience one can imagine so never use Bluedart services

I am surprised, who gave this many stars to these company. they have not even called me, which is well known location in Indore they are unable to find. and updated as " consignee refused to accept", and returned my courier back. very worst service. given one star as i am unable to post without giving any stars.. lol
