One of worst worst worst service ever, if you really want to gift something to your beloved never use this... even delivery man will not call you and they will cancel your product delivery, and said your address not found , why didn't he call ?? If you really want to grow you need to be professional

Very bad service at all. bad staff, bad service. better to use Indian speed post. I did online shopping several time and my shipment didnt reach in given time. I called them again and again and they didn't give me proper answer.

Worst service ever they are holding my product since last 4 days stating space constraints at delivery location, brands such as GONOISE should avoid them as delivery partner, prefer Delhivery.

Worst delivery partner. 7 days completed Out of delivery but I can’t received my order No one pick up the call and solve the problem

I havent received my parcel till now which was supposed to be delivered yesterday, and i got a message saying it will get delivered today but no furthur details, neither i can track the parcel nor i am getting any number to contact on. Atleast they should provide the number of the delivery boy or whoever is gonna gat the parcel to contact easily

Worst delivery I have ever seen..firstly providing fake report and showing update that consignee address is incorrect..Then inspite of reminding constinously about my courier again and again on mail, I didnt receive my courier..it was supposed to be deliver on 20july and today is 23 july.. I told them in my complaint through that my courier is quite imp to me and I m looking for it from last 14 days.. Also they are not picking up a single call on the numbers provided by them. A very sorry state of the entire bluedart department ..I prefer to go for other private courier services..

The location of the office is not easily accessible, it's behind the main road and hard to find if you are visiting first time. There must be some signage to direct customers on the main road itself. Staff was friendly and helpful seeing they were very busy.

ABSOLUTELY FRUSTRATING. They won't pickup the phone even if GOD himself calls them. So had to visit their office personally and provide instructions to call when coming for delivery. Guess what, their guy did not call (No surprises there ) My shipment was returned since the 'premises were closed'. How the f**k am I supposed to get my shipment if both me and my wife have to go to work .

Worst service ever ... I could give negative 5 star if option was available
