Pathetic & worst courier office...........no rules & regulations in place, very ill-mannered & rude highly unorganized & manipulative, absolutely irresponsible & manipulative manager spoiling d brand image of Bluedart & DHL...........staff needs to be changed.......bring in professional & trained ppl wid etiquettes

Say to sorry but nowadays yr service is too bad last four days I am calling continuously they said tomorrow working ares me y may get still I didn't get my shipment to I called they said any how y may get ago few years blue dart one of the best company but nowadays it's too bad thank you

Worst delivery service which I ever seen delivery boys are Illiterate they don't have any manner to how to talk to customer and also they do misbehave with customers this company should stop working now because they don't know the meaning of customer satisfaction.

Poor service and telesupport. My product is arrvied before 3 day ,but haven't delivered to me yet . From traking details its showing address is unlocated.(Delivery Boy doesn't call me )

Worst delivery service. They'll not even contact you in case they are not able to locate your address and return the courier with false acclaims. Not deserve more the 1

Poor service. Delivery boys are rude, impolite and try their best NOT to deliver. Almost always I have had to pick up my shipments from their office. Poor work ethics. No one responsible to talk to.

Worst service I have ever seen - Can't even deliver something properly. No picking up phone. Forced to deal with them due to Axis bank. They should fire BlueDart from service - you are paid to help, not screw things up!!

Pathetic service.. My parcel is lying with them from past 4 days. Not yet delivered. And above all the customer care executives lie that delivery was attempted but address was not found.. sick of them.. i did not receive a single call for delivery..
