Very poor service… staff is so rude. I have not received my parcel yet and it’s showing that it is delivered.

Ver worst service way of talking is very bad please fire them immediatly very bad people need to close this company if they can't understand the problem of their customer very bad i won't use this courier service delivery boy and receiption people misbihave with customer and they give late delivery

Most pathetic and irresponsible company I have ever seen. Useless customer care and delivery boys.

These people are such liars,they claim that they have visited my place twice past two days but no one has even entered or seen standing outside my premises. I will never suggest blue dart and by the way this order was from snapdeal in a way you are degrading them too. And I wish I could give a negative star.

Very nice staff and service. I forgot my DL and the lady @reception called me other day and informed about the DL. She kept my DL safely and it was returned to me. Much thanks for keeping my documents safe.

Very bad service, fake punch of delivery, parcel not delivered by delivery executive and I got the message card delivered. Very bad service experience. Working with bluedart since last 2 years..

Staff has been very helpful. Had been there couple of times. Last time my package was in a different branch but they coordinated and got it quickly.

You must feel lucky if: 1. You received your shipment within 15 days. 2. You could make google find indore's contact number. 3. You could contact bluedart. Never make a mistake by choosing bluedart, It's highly painful.

bahut hi bakwas survice h is blue dart wale ki. apke parcel ki delivery karta nahi r bekar me update karta h k apke address ka issue h. they never receive ur calls. i hv never seen as worst service as blue dart.

bad service.though no one is there at reception receptionist will ask you to wait for 15 mins unnecessarily, I feel it’s waste of customers time.
