VERY PATHETIC SERVICE. NO CONTACT NUMBER IS WORKING AS SHOWN ON WEB SITE . I WANT MY PARCEL URGENLY AND THEY ARE ROAMING WITH MY PARCEL

Very bad service, always late, parcel laying in same city for 4-5 days, worst customer care. Never use blue dart.

Blue dart has good delivery system: I sent a courier to bhopal and hyderabad, both were delivered next day afternoon. Although the cost is little high but it get delivered on time.

They do not even call you most of the times. Everytime there is an urgent delivery these guys have failed to deliver and apart from this they won't answer your question. Right now also i am here to just take one of my urgent parcels which ofcourse should have been delivered but was marked as undelivered.

Why cant I have mobile number of delivery person of a courier service? Its 2017 Blue Dart, you can also provide it in sms when tracking page shows my parcel is already out for delivery? Seriously a pathatic service...
