Pathetic service. Denied to offer test drive. Even no one seems interested in attending customer. They were having fun at the reception instead of attending customer. This shows their commitment towards customer and indicates what kind of service they will offer to customer.

Good experience, golu was the guy who attended me ,he was a very humble and genuine person, At jagdish motors indore I don't feel they are working to make money here but their focus is to work for customer satisfaction .... They will only suggest for any parts replacement if it is necessary to change. Thanks team n keep up the good work . Special thanks to golu he takes care of customer needs and satisfaction.

Putting your vehicle at this service station can be riskful as the service staff is not at all experienced of doing the job. The major issues that I was facing didn't get resolved and after picking up my vehicle there was a dent on my vehicle. The staff is not at all cooperative and the manager is never present at the showroom. The staff is very rude and doesn't care for anything and acts unknown for any issue after the service. The quotation was made at a cheaper price when it was the time to pay the bill, the prices went high and they charged me even higher for nothing at all. Seriously stressed up today and this service station ruined my weekend. If you don't care about your money then you can get your vehicle serviced here. I guess there is no manager at the showroom because he isn't available since last few weeks and the showroom is just working with some sales and service executives.

Bad experience from their people baat nhi krte theek koi cheez nhi bta the like lena hai to lo nhi to koi baat nhi specially women unko pta unn bike ke feature ke bare unko betha diya unko me bta rah feature 😂😂 kisko rakh lete hai chalo bike nhi pta hai pr baat to krlo price to bta do thik se!
