Worst Staff.. Very rude, unprofessional and seems like they are just misusing the Royal Enfield's Brand value
Worst service experience. My bike was there for three days they were not providing status of servicing, even was not picking up my phone. I have gone to service centre there was not even fan in waiting room AC was in not working condition, there I have to wait for 2 hours in hot humid room. That not all, at time of bill payment They said there will be extra 2.10% charges on Card payment(I heard it first time in any service centre). I asked them to give me in writing about this charges but they denied and misbehaved with me. Finally after discussion with some senior person they didn’t take extra 2.10% from me. But others have to pay this. 😑😑
