Worst RE service station ever. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone out there. I went for a normal paid service and was given an initial quotation. Within 1/2 hour I got a call from them stating a quotation which was 3x of the initial quotation. Upon enquiring, the person disconnected. I had to revisit the station to investigate what was going. Upon a heated discussion, the manager apologised and rolled back the charges to the initial quotation. The authentication of RE certified service is not true in this case and you might end up being the victim for these fraudsters.

The service centre opens at 9:30 AM. Despite me being the first customer for general service, the actual service started vat 11:00AM. Nobody at the showroom has regard for time. It took 2 hours for my bike to get serviced, which was just ool change, air filter change and washing. They charged me for chain maintenance, but neither the chain was washed or lubricated. I went to ask every staff to hurry, but no one seemed bothered. At the billing, they asked me to pay 2% extra for Debit Card payment. Overall, my visit was highly dissatisfactory. I would recommend no one to do service at this place.

Worst experience ever. Their target is only to sell bike. No matter how bike is running after purchased. Nothing means Nothing. They don't know how to talk with the customers. Better purchase bike from GPO square, their service, customer care is excellent...

Worst service station. Didn't get the things done properly as committed and after pickup there were minor dents on my vehicle as well. The behaviour of the billing assistant was rude and was least interested in the issue. The manager hasn't came to the showroom since last 2-3 weeks. When asked for the manager he is not on duty. Royal Enfield loosing trust for its services.

Totally satisfied with the staff of this showroom. They all are humble and polite. Specially Mr. Vasu Sir is so punctual with kind nature. Also the after sales service of this showroom is outstanding, they call or MSG once in a month for the update of the vehicle...Must visit this showroom if u r thinking to buy a new RE bike

Poor service. Have faced this issue 2 consecutive times, they don't service the bike properly as their motive is just to extract more and more money from the customer. Bike was not washed properly, no proper servicing was done, no chain lubrication was done (for which they had charged extra Rs.200).

The employees’ behaviour is completely rude. They don’t seem interested in the bike booking process and are not paying attention to customers.👎🏻👎🏻 …
