Bad service rudly taking

My earlier experiences at the outlet were pathetic and very disgusting.. i had to follow-up with the staff at the outlet for several things.. But, from last 2 times i have observed Ms. Mahima and Mr. Ritik being committed towards rendering best of the services and to change the customer feedback about the Dealership. During my last 2 visits i was being handled and serviced well. This is my genuine feedback of overall improvement in client servicing and satisfaction building. Thanks to Mahima & Ritik....

Pathetic costume handling. 1st visit - I waited for an hour for Interceptor test ride. Interceptor rare breaks were not working & the clutch handle was broken. So off course I didn’t buy the bike. 2nd Visit - After calling 3 times & taking confirmation I visited with my father for Hunter test ride, after a wait of 20 mins, we found out the the bike isn’t ready & we come back home without a test ride. Never ever visit this humiliating showroom.

Don't ever go there for very rude behaviour of the staff don't know how to talk to their customer.

More reliable than other royal enfield service center working with perfactness at economical cost well trained staff and friendly environment and cleanliness keeping customers time in mind working for customer satisfaction. Thanks all Jagdish Motors Staff

mene kuch time phele hi yaha se bike kharidi thi something 5 6 mahine phle or mene bike ko itna chalaya vhi nhi h ki usme itni sari problems and lagi jb ki me time time per serving vhi kr wa rahi thi bike ki or avhi mene last time jab servicing krwai thi uske bad se meri bike me or problems ana suru hogai bike se awaz ana mene avhi meri bike ko service ke liya diya hua hai something 15 se 20 din hone wane h meri bike ko service pr diye jb ki usme sirf awaz arahi thi or avhi v call krne pr unka ans ye hota h ki 2 do din lagega Monday ko lena jagdish motors ke jo staff hai wo bilkul vhi experience wale nhi hai na bat krne ka tarika n or jo casher hai usko to client se bat krne ka hi tarika nhi hai me to sab se yahi bolungi ki yaha se to bilkul. Vhi bike na le n bike services to bilkul vhi nhi ap apne yaha ka staff change kr lijiye warna apka showroom band hone me time nhi lagega ek bar apne Google reviews v check kr liya kro

Rude & Unprofessional I recommend every one to stay away from this showroom, on Saturday I called this showroom Mr. Vasu invited me for test ride on next day, Sunday I drove 60 KM to get the experience of RE motorcycle but I had experienced something else they rudely told today test ride is not possible, come next day. They were blaming me itself, said we don’t have any male sales executive I think all these are customer’s fault. I can’t believe that so please visit Any other showroom guys.
