Very poor service experience. This people don't know how to repair the vehicle. They gave me MP09AU0090 defective product 3502. And now it is not getting serviced. They just ignore the problem and mislead with customer. Don't buy scooter from this outlet.

The manager/owner here is the most snobbish person in the planet. The manager is screaming in the showroom and the staff aren't polite at all. The MG road showroom is the worst they didn't clean the scooter before delivering it to me. Had to forcefully make them clean.

I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership in Indore. I had booked a Chetak scooter through Flipkart, but at the time of delivery, the dealership staff insisted that I cancel my booking and rebook directly through them. They also demanded an additional ₹20,000, claiming it was for accessories, insurance, and other charges, and said these must be purchased only through them. This felt completely unfair and misleading. Such practices are unprofessional and create a lack of trust for customers who are simply trying to purchase a vehicle transparently. I would strongly advise others to be cautious while dealing with this dealership.
