Chetak electric scooter battery 5 months me puri tarah se kharab servicing bahut hi poor after 50 days scooter not recieved service centre se call aaya ki gadi le jao but inko itna common sense nahi he ki scooter itna charge karke de ki samne wala apne ghar tak le jaye inke paas hawa bharne ke liye bhi koi facility nahi he Aaye din customers ki galiyan sunte hen bht inke kano par jun tak nahi rengti chetak ka naam he but ye log duba rahe hen very poor service aur 5 mahine me battery kharab ....

Don't buy chetak scooter from this showroom the vehicle is good but you should not buy the scooter from this showroom. Few days earlier I gave my scooter here for service then they took the whole day and even after that they returned the scooter without washing. So what kind of service these guys are providing and surprisingly you know what at the time of giving the vehicle for service I noted that my vehicle has travelled 2063 km and after service it was 2075 km. When I asked about this difference they told me that after service they do a test drive to check. Now tell me what kind of test drive requires 12 km. They are using our vehicles for their own personal work such a shame. And at the same day of giving the vehicle for service me and my family decided that we should extend our vehicle battery warranty for future. So we talked to their staff regarding that and then there guy open their portal and something and asked around 6600 RS for warranty extension. After the payment they don't even gave an invoice to us and said that we can see the certificate of warranty extension on chetak portal after loging in within an half hour, now few days have been passed from our conversation till now I am not able to see any certificate on the portal. Even after that I had gone to their service centre to consult regarding that they said due to some server issue it doesn't not occur and asked us to have patience for few more days and till now I am not able to see the certificate on our portal. Everytime I go to their service centre I see them arguing or getting complaints from their customers. Please don't ever purchase a vehicle from their showroom. Their staff is very rude and arrogant. The worst staff you will see ever. Few months earlier while riding my vehicle has shown some error symbol so I had gone to that showroom for solving that matter. I have to go their service centre daily for about 3 to 4 days then after that they were able to recognise what problem the vehicle is going through and right now I started to face the same issue again with my vehicle. So please don't buy vehicle from here. You can't rate less then a star otherwise this showroom doesn't even deserves a single one. Thankyou

bahot hi ghatiya serice hai iss service center ki na baat kerne ka tarika hai yaha ke employees ko nahi yaha ke branch manager ko me 11 dino se yaha aaraha hu bolte hai ki kal aana finally aaj mene 12 baje gadi service ke liye yaha Dali thi bola gaya tha muje 7 baje aajana gadi lene but gadi sevice nahi huyi hai me without servicing ke gadi wapas le aaya hu guys ye service center pe bilkul bhi gadi mat dalna

I think buying a chetak electric vehicle is lost to ourselves why?? Because they can't deliver the services to the customer yrr matlb pagal kr diya hai sala yeh log ne bajaj company ka name name kya 😂😂 bajaj company khud apna name khud destroy kr rahi hai their vehicle is good but but their services are also but the staff is taking responsibility to give the vehicle fully OK to the customer. Matlb yeh vehicle leke meri sab se badi mistake ho gayi yrrr mere se🤦🤦. & Note to all people that ki koi bhi agar chetak electric vehicle purchase kr ne ki soch rahe hai toh woh drop kr de purchase kr ne ka bajaj chetak electric vehicle yaa toh phir unki aap chahe showroom and service centers visit kre ek vehicle purchase kr ne se phele bilkul bhi apna loss kr ne se phele soche ki vehicle purchase kre ki nhi kyuki jab mai jab itna bad comment likh raha hu toh aap samaj hi sakte hai ki mere pe beet rahi hai. Bajaj company you have lost our trust. I think you should think before giving dealership to any person.
