Good staff and best deal

I bought chetak from this showroom few years back. At the time this was the only showroom in indore and I really wanted this scooter for my dad. The scooter is working fine till date and bajaj has done decent job putting together this machine. Now, the reason for such low rating is because of the attitude of manager and salesman in this showroom. I was asked to choose between two scooters which were already fitted with safety guards. These safety guards are optional but the showroom had monopoly in the city so I had no choice but to suck it up. Additionally, they charged 700 rs for a very low quality helmet and there were other charges as well. All these were non-negotiable even though they are completely optional. I have bought two wheelers in the past as well but the experience in this showroom has been absolute worst. Would give zero rating if possible.

Worst service experience ever, always delay in vehicle service ,no skilled labours,arrogant staff and never given vehicle completely in okay condition. P.s. Chetak good for nothing..!!

Very bad service. First, they said it was a battery issue and took a month to return the scooty. Then, just two days later, my scooty not starting again. They didn’t check it properly, and now they’re saying the front battery is discharged and to get it charged from anywhere. How am I supposed to get it charged when the scooty is dead? And when you try to talk to them, they even act rude and keep making excuses.

Scooter is good but their servicing is not good. No skilled staff, no accountability,no ownership. Cheated on insurance company. Told that they will provide insurance from one company and then provided insurance if another company.

Best sales experience and best behaviour and good service

Extremely disappointing customer service experience. I had to wait over an hour just to register a complaint about my vehicle not starting. Despite pushing my vehicle for nearly 4 km under the scorching sun to reach the service center, the staff here showed complete indifference. There’s no sense of urgency or basic customer care — it genuinely feels like being stuck in a government office where no one is accountable or willing to help. Highly dissatisfied.

Worst worst worst....bure phas gaye....chetak ev band ho gayi 20 dinse ....koi sunwai nahi he ...dealer rsa ke paise leliye active nahi kara delivery ke time ....ab koi kuch bhi responsibility nahi le reha ....chetak company se mg road showroom tak 17 mobile numbers he mere paas ....koi response nahi he .....very bad experience...no one responding 😭
