Chetak - Electric Scooter Experience Centre

Disappointed with the Bajaj EV Chetak scooter performance and this service center both. Service center management is poor it takes two day to identify problem, in addition no one communicate this over phone, I have follow up 4 times to know primary problem. The battery of my scooter has failed completely within just three months of purchase, which is highly disappointing and unexpected from a reputed brand like Bajaj. Such an early failure not only questions the product’s reliability but has also caused significant inconvenience in my daily commute. To make matters worse, I reported the issue on 14 Jun 2025 and requested a battery replacement over more than three weeks ago, yet there has been no update or resolution from your end. This extended delay is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your customer support and after-sales service.

The service for Chetak vehicles is absolutely terrible, and the staff here do not respond properly. They keep giving me dates and more dates. I have visited the showroom five times in one month, and they don’t even clearly explain what the problem is with the vehicle. I waste my time going to the showroom because I never get any response from them, and there’s always some error occurring. It's only been a year since I got my vehicle, and I would definitely advise others not to buy Chetak vehicles because their service is extremely poor
