Chetak - Electric Scooter Experience Centre

Poor service and poor management. It’s been 10 days since there was an issue with my chetak and no one is taking responsibility. There’s no intention of returning it, and I’m tired of calling—no one is telling me what’s wrong with the chetak scooter If someone has only one scooter , how are they supposed to go anywhere? I don’t even know how to file a complaint. I’ve invested my hard-earned money and now I’m just stressed and troubled.

Service centre bilkul bekar hai yah par service ke liye inke paas 1 month time nahi hai gadi ka hi mat purchase karna service centre ek hi hai aur staff kaam chor hai

Chetak is good. But Mangalam chetak is worst. Don’t ever buy from this showroom. Please buy from Annapurna showroom. While buying tuey just going to buttering you. But while servicing. Trust me….trust my words till the time you are not going to cry they wouldn’t help. They don’t have proper technician. The head of servicing is also the head of claim. I dont understand how it is possible. They ride your bike without your permission. Washing charge is 171rs plus gst. And event the worst part they will provided the wet scooter in 178rs they dont use drier, also they don’t have any own washing place. Just go three shop roght side they wash your scooter over there. And that person charge only 50rs. Also not taking any GSt. Means seriously it is a joke. While giving scoter they won’t give you clearity how much going to charge then while you go to pick scooter they will change and add multiple cost in terms of service without your concent. They dont have staff to fulfil the service requirement. Trust me go to Annapurna center only. Worst worst experience i have

Worst service experience, staff is not supporting at all. Neither picking up phone nor calling back. My vehicle just come from service without washing, taken full servicing amount. After telling problem again and again regarding vehicle then too problem not solved. Anyone thinking to buy Chetak from Mangalam please don’t, you can wait till new dealer assigned or you can go for TVS Iqube
