Worst Service Experience. Been there 3 times for foot rest installation, which was supposed to be fitted at the time of delivery of vehicle but was out of stock. Then again it was out of stock on 2 visits. And when third time it was available in stock the mechanics denied for fitting and service supervisor was like I can't do anything. You guys are not giving it for free, I m paying for it. Rude and irresponsible behaviour.

Hi I am yuvraj I own a chetak but first they didn't gave me an RC card only provided digital no physical RC card available I have a bad experience riding a chetak scooter because the handle jams so much I also reported about that in first service and second service they didn't fix that issue their Tyre quality is so bad the tyre didn't got enough grip. The staff of this showroom is so bad the didn't gave me the scooter on time after the service they said come at 10:30 AM in the morning and gave the scooter for service but the showroom opens at 11:30 I was waiting a whole hour to give my scooter for service overall I will not recommend the chetak scooter to anyone so bad experience riding it and the showroom service is also so bad 😞😞

Yaha e-scooter purchase karne gaya to yaha employee ka response achha nahi hai, scooter service ke liye grahak pareshan hai 2 mahine se scooter service center me hai koi madat nahi, Scooter finance me loan amount ka 3.5% additonal charges liye ja rahe hai koi receipt nahi hai, Rs. 1500 , insurance jabardasti 6500 ka diya ja raha hai loan me bhi alag se insurance jabadasti diya ja raha hai aur koi receipt nahi, Manager se baat kiya to bolta hai scooter mat khareedo

One of the worst scooter I have ever purchased, this scooter is just a waste of money please don't buy this at all. I am literally frustrated from the day I bought it. It never gets start in first try I am just fed up. It gets stopped in the middle of the ride and we cannot do anything their service is just worst. I have complaint many times and got its service done but they literally didn't do anything at all. I wanted to give it 0 starts but I didn't have that option. Please don't buy this scooter at all you will regret it.
