Poor service , fake parts and promises… no one should go and buy scooter form here … for more clarity should visit workshop just attached to the showroom .. you would find any of the customer shouting for poor service Every time

Worst service ever having 3 electric vehicle but they are providing worst services. 3 din gaadi rakhi jo bola wo to problem resolve kari nahi 1300/- kaa bill de diya gaadi wash facility hi nahi hai I think they don’t know what is service upar se puri gaadi dhul me hai dhul saaf karne ki jahmat bhi nahi uthate hai yeh log. Chetak company ko yaha kaa full staff change kar dena chahiye inn logo ke karan chetak is loosing trust from common people

Worst WORST Worst Product I would suggest dont purchase bajaj chetak at all. I have purchased in 2023 november and within 2+ years its battery has gone. I am complaining from last 5 months neither Ujjain nor Indore service center guys able to do anything. I have escalated to all social media of Bajaj but still no one care to solve it. Please save your money. Bajaj Chetak is pathetic and more pathetic is TOP management and their all service centers. No one will listen to your problem, trust me, buyers will cry.

I had a very disappointing experience with Manglam Dealer, Indore while purchasing a Bajaj Chetak. I booked the vehicle through Flipkart, but at the time of delivery, the dealer refused to hand over the vehicle. Instead, they pressured me to cancel my booking and rebook directly through them at a higher price. They also insisted that I must purchase additional accessories and insurance from them, which were overpriced by around ₹20,000. This kind of behavior is completely unethical and unfair to customers. Accessories are optional, and no dealer should force customers to pay extra or deny delivery for not purchasing them. I strongly advise others to be cautious while dealing with this dealership. This has been one of the worst buying experiences I have faced. I hope Bajaj takes strict action against such practices and ensures that customers are treated fairly.

The store experience is one of the worst you will experience anywhere . You enter & there is just one guy who will not speak to you unless you ask him to show the vehicle. His attitude is so bad that he’ll just hand you the brochure & ask you to read yourself then what is the point of me visiting the store when I can look at the brochure online . Lastly the store looks like an old chamber of some kind as they had just one model to show for . Bajaj is damaging its reputation with stores like these . I really wanted to buy Chetak but looking at this store I chose tvs iq ube .

Buying the Chetak electric scooter was a mistake, purely because of their horrible customer service. The staff at the service center are extremely rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. When you go for a new bike service, they talk with so much attitude and show zero interest in solving your issues. Disappointing experience. I do not recommend it.

*AVOID THIS VEHICLE AT ALL COSTS!!!* We're still fuming after the worst experience with Bajaj's service center. Our vehicle has been a nightmare, with the battery conking out TWICE in just six months. But the latest debacle takes the cake. We left our vehicle at the service center for FOUR DAYS, only to find out that the staff was using it for their personal errands! When we arrived to collect it, the vehicle was nowhere to be found. The staff sauntered back 45 minutes later, claiming they were "just testing it." But here's the kicker: the vehicle wasn't even fully charged! It had barely enough juice for 5 km. When we confronted the staff, they had the audacity to say, "Your house is only 3 km away, so it should be fine." Are you kidding me?! To add insult to injury, the vehicle had racked up an additional 25 km on the odometer. We're appalled by the blatant disregard for customers' property and time. Bajaj, you've lost our trust and respect. Your service center is a joke, and your products are unreliable. We demand better. AVOID THIS VEHICLE AND BAJAJ'S SERVICE CENTER AT ALL COSTS!
