Ather Electric Scooter Showroom in MG Road, Indore

This is a very bad service, no work is done on the vehicle at ather service centre, only money is collected. Here I would say that whoever is buying ather should first visit the service centre and see how the customer is treated after selling the vehicle, how much they are looted, the customer is even charged for the work done under warranty and after the service a feedback call comes in which they ask for customer feedback but the ather staff at the service centre says that we are not interested in feedback, if you want to give feedback then give it, if you don't want to give it then don't give it, if you want to get some work done on the vehicle then get it done, if you don't want to get it done then don't get it done, this is the kind of behaviour done, so I would like to tell everyone that before buying a vehicle, definitely visit the service centre once and take the right decision

Very Rude manager very impatatic i hate his attitude he claim that only one showroom is available in indore go anywhere i waited for him ro discuss about delivery issue and he ask one of his employee to say i should go he is busy and finance team is also Charing extra in comparison to what they are showing online.

I haven't visited the showroom but one of my friend did and found no proper guidance about the vehicle and found communication gap between staff. So I'll suggest everyone to not visit this showroom for booking new vehicle, otherwise you're going to regret.

अव्यवहारिक फ़ालतू में समय वेस्ट करने वाले ग़ैर ज़िम्मेदारी से बात करने वाले अब सर्विस इंडस्ट्रीज़ के हिसाब से इनको व्यवहारिक जानकारी नहीं है कि किस तरीक़े से कस्टमर से बात की जाती है और सर्विस दी जाती है एकदम ग़लत डिसिज़न हो रहा है एंथर ख़रीद कर एस तरह के बदतमीज़ डीलरों से जुड़कर

सर्विस करने में बहुत समय लगाते है और जवाबदार व्यक्ति नही है सर्विस सेंटर पर

Worst service we have tell them that we will purchase the scooter on this day and also informed about the colour but at the end when the delivery date arrived they told us that the colour is not available and we can offer another colour that the we had chosen and the staff is irresponsible
